BALLYFAD NATIONAL SCHOOL, GOREY, WEXFORD, IRELAND - RENOVATION WORKS ;
This project involved inspecting and drafting a report for submission to the Department of Education to seek funds for remedial works to the existing school grounds. We were required to design and draft tender documents for the external works and acquire competitive tenders from suitable contractors.
The project consisted of demolition works, the erection of a boundary wall and new playground area. During the construction works, we were required to inspect and sign off for compliance with the construction documents.
